It's back! Pinnacle Ammunition Company introduces Bis-Maxx Brand Bismuth Non-Toxic shotgun shells. These loads promise to deliver high-performance knock down power without damaging hunters' shotgun barrels. Bis-Maxx shotshells are made with the same non-toxic bismuth alloy that has proven itself in the field and on the range for more than a decade.

Its alloy is more dense than steel, developing 24-percent more energy down range than steel, and has more pellets per ounce than tungsten, yielding 73-percent denser patterns. Because the bismuth alloy compresses at lower pressures, it generates more stopping power on target than other non-toxic shot. Like lead, the bismuth alloy moves smoothly through the choke, leaving barrels free from the damage associated with other types of shot. But unlike lead, Bis-Maxx pellets are completely non-toxic .
