Beretta Xtrema 2 Shotgun Review

Beretta's Xtrema 2 remains the company's flagship wildfowling shotgun. The buttstock-mounted recoil reducer, in combination with the optional hydraulic Kick-Off recoil pad, makes magnum shells feel like target loads.

Chambered for 3 1/2-inch magnums, the Xtrema 2's gas system will also reliably shoot any load down to 11â'„8-ounce target loads. The synthetic stock and fore-end have rubber inserts for a firm grip in all conditions. The trigger is crisp and light enough for a serious clay-target competitor. The Xtrema 2 comes with five extra-long choke tubes, stock adjusting shims and a hard case.
